It’s not very often you get to hear someone of her perspective on hiphop. I appreciated they way she describes the growth of things as well. This was a great intervew.

What is amazing about Jos, from the view of an old high school friend, is her passion only intensified as she got older, which as a result built up this talent that she always had brewing inside her. She is inspiring.

“Great men or women are not born great, they invent themselves.” The fact that you have done so much and are doing so much and still find the time to be humble and learn how to love the things you are involved with, film and hip-hop is genuine proof that you will prevail.
