In this episode of Munchies, we follow delivery man Bill Meier and Best Pizza’s owner, Frank Pinello, as they eat some of Brooklyn’s, well, best pizza. Frank also gives us a little history lesson in Brooklyn pizzerias and explains how back in the day, using top-shelf ingredients was the norm, but over the years, frugal-minded pizzaiolos started skimping on the good stuff. Frank does things the old way, and that’s why his slices are the shit.
