Astro is an artist and graphic designer working in Montreal, Quebec, who has just finished a show called ‘Contrasts’. Astro used drab greys for characters and bright vivid backgrounds to create the titular contrasts. The pieces are all soft angles and cutesy illustrations that have a sinister undertone once you notice the monstrous details.
i’ve always been a fan of that ugly-cartoon stuff (from the early beginnings on)! astro is one of the most talented artist i know at the moment! i advise you all to check out his art! great page by the way ;)
