These days, classic Dogtown hero Tony Alva seems to exist largely in legend, and we largely have photographer Wynn Miller to thank for that. And, in tribute to both Miller’s work and Mad Dog himself, LA’s Exhibit A Gallery has put together a group show centred around Miller’s iconic work. Featuring 19 different artists, including huge names like Shepard Fairey, Shawn Barber, Greg Gossel, and Lauren Bergman, the exhibit will display oil, mixed media collage, and collaborative pieces inspired by Miller’s groundbreaking photos. The exhibit is currently running until July 30th, and promises to be equally incredible for fans of Dogtown and contemporary art.
