Frank’s Chop Shop is using its popularity to an advantage. This unique barbershop displays hats on their wall, but will soon be display their own line. The hats will signify the different locations of Frank151, a publication out of NY. Frank151’s Distro League Caps include locations such as New York, Atlanta, and Seattle and Washington pictured above.
