Louisville-based artist Kathleen Lolley is set to make her first solo showing at L.A.’s Thinkspace Gallery. The exhibit entitled “… Away From The Things Of Man” is a whimsical display of the animal world and their connection between the everyday and spirit worlds. Works are displayed as large die-cut figures, wood paintings, drawings, & oil paintings, making this a very well rounded and refreshing show indeed. ”…Away From The Things Of Man” opens up on May 8th, running till June 5th, 2009.
