Kicking off with opening night on August 20th and running until September 10th, Sydney’s Monster Children Gallery is hosting The Mirror Stage, an exhibition of work by Kill Pixie (Sydney’s Mark Whalen) and American artist Cleon Peterson.

Kill Pixie is coming off of a sold-out show at LA’s Merry Karnowsky Gallery and is one of Australia’s biggest names right now. After the Monster Children Gallery, he’ll be at Merry Karnowski Berlin.

Cleon Peterson’s work is full of soft comic pencilwork and brutal, emotive imagery full of sex and violence. His work’s been seen at the Deitch in NYC and New Image Art in LA.
