Headquartered in Los Angeles, it makes some sense that Mosley Tribes 2012 collection pays tribute to the city with a series of sunglasses that fit a cross section of urbane attitudes. The Danby Tortoise Stafford frames look to be as fun to wear as their tag is to say, and the Woodward frames are similarly Orbison-tinged, but with a little less weight.
“I am constantly inspired by what is going on around me in the diverse and vibrant landscape,” Founder and Creative Director Larry Leight informs. “[Los Angeles] drives my creativity and ultimately influences the designs that I create.” The designs here are not endemic to L.A., but they would all be appropriate shields against those famous hazy sunsets.
