Modern-day renaissance man Pharrell Williams has just recently put his expansive Miami penthouse on the market, which means even those of us without the funds to purchase it get to have a look inside. Originally purchased in 2007 for $12.5 million, Pharrell is now asking $16.8 million for the triplex penthouse, a 34% appreciation increase for the prolific icon. The 9,080 square foot apartment boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound terraces. Upstairs is a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen, entertainment and dining area and a private pool.
