Upper Playground and Fifty24LA Gallery will be hosting ‘Brave Souls Illuminate’ an exhibition of works by TOOFLY, one of New York City’s most important street artists. TOOFLY, aka Maria Castillo, is one of the overlooked and under-appreciated women street artists active today, and this is a great chance to get an introduction to her work, with old and new pieces on display. Brave Souls Illuminate will open on November 11th, 2009 and close January 4th, 2010.
