A Bathing Ape is set to release New York and Los Angeles exclusive variants on the world-famous Bapestas with its new tiger design. New York will be represented by the black variant, whose colorway recalls memories of Larry Bird’s Converse Weapon. Los Angeles will get its variant in Laker purple, and both feature Bape’s tiger design prominently on the heel. These regional variants will see release on September 24th, 2009.
